Couplers
Couplers, with properties designed for air-jetting, plow chutes, directional boring, and other installations, easily join lengths of Conduits and MicroDucts.
Dura-Line offers an extensive line of couplers which offer an air and water-tight connection where the cable is the most vulnerable – at the joint. Our most popular couplers are Push-Lock and Shur-Lock II, each with different features that will work well with most installation projects. Choose which coupler works best depending on your application.
Shur-Lock II
Shur-Lock II is a plastic coupler designed for coupling HDPE & PVC conduit. Can also be used to couple dissimilar conduits such as HDPE to PVC, threaded or non-threaded metal conduit, or fiberglass (FRP) conduit. The coupler features stainless steel band clamps (hand tightened using a 5/16" nut driver) and locking ring. A pre-lubricated O-ring forms an air-tight seal to withstand 125 PSI on 1" - 3" sizes. Also a specialized coupler for use by electrical installers requiring ETL/UL listing. Spreader Tools are available for sizes 3", 4", and 6" to aid in the installation process.

DC-10 Split Coupler
The DC-10 Split coupler is a 2-piece aluminum coupler that provides a water-tight and air-tight connection in buried and underground applications with a high pull-out strength. The clam-shell design allows users to easily access the cable after the coupler is installed. A duct holder tool is also available to aid in installation.
FEATURES
Side-Band Coupler
Side-Band Couplers are fully divisible compression couplers that can be used as a transition between dissimilar conduits such as HDPE to PVC, threaded & non-threaded metal conduit, or fiberglass (FRP) conduit. The dual-locking sidebands provide a high pull-out strength and maximum holding power to connect or repair conduit. Zinc-plated carbon steel bolts are included for tightening the Side-Band Coupler.
FEATURES
E-LOC
A low-cost push-on coupler with a molded rubber gripping insert. Can be used on HDPE, PVC, Fiberglass (FRE), and metal conduit. Transition couplers are used to join ducts with different outside diameters.
FEATURES
E-LOC Plus
A simple coupler to install and ideal where higher pull-out strengths are needed. The molded rubber gripping insert creates a water-tight and air-tight seal, while the additional screws aid to increase the pull-out strength.
FEATURES
Double E-LOC
The Double E-LOC versions are suitable for cable blowing applications and are UV resistant for aerial use.
FEATURES
Mor Clamp
The Mor Clamp coupling is quickly and easily installed by slipping onto or wrapping around a conduit joint. The thick neoprene gasket assures a positive butt joint seal. It accommodates a variety of conduit types including HDPE, cast iron, PVC, and fiberglass. The stainless steel design offers a lightweight and economical unit which is strong and durable. Zinc plated carbon steel bolts are included for tightening the Mor Clamp coupling.
FEATURES
Compression Coupler
Used to join and seal length of HDPE and PVC Duct. The internal double compression seal is created as the end caps are tightened. NOTE: PVC compression couplers are not recommended for high-pressure air or gas lines, or applications requiring high pull-out resistance.
FEATURES
Smooth-Cor Flex Kit
Quick, field assembly couplers or adapters to join different material types
FEATURES
Armor Guard Kit
Used with Armor Guard Conduit, the Armor Guard Kit is comprised of a Split-Lock + Coupler, a ScotchLok shield connector, and bonding braid for bonding and grounding the armored layer in the duct. This coupler arrangement is suitable for cable blowing applications.

FEATURES
AT-500 Lubricant
HydraLube® AT-500 is a high-performance silicone lubricant formulated specifically for use with compressed air-assisted cable blowing, jetting and pushing systems. These systems inject a high volume of air into the conduit which will rapidly dry out conventional cable placement lubricants (including silicone-based) and cause surface stickiness. Furthermore, the initial temperature of the compressed air can be very high, which will accelerate drying of the lubricant. HydraLube® AT-500 deposits a special low-friction silicone coating on the conduit wall surface that is resistant to the drying effects of the rapid air movement and high heat. This product is fully compatible with cable jackets and HDPE or PVC conduit systems.
FEATURES
Lubaduk
LUBADUK® keeps pull tensions low; up to 74% less friction and 50% less pulling tension than with other lubricants. The effectiveness of LUBADUK® has been proven in the field and with extensive testing. Reduced cable tension (as much as 50%) greatly reduces the wear on cable pulling equipment and improves safety. A unique shear-sensitive carrying agent holds a dispersion of silicone oil and microspheres in suspension. LUBADUK® microspheres are tiny ball bearings, with diameters between 0.010” and 0.020.” Pulling cable with LUBADUK® means cable actually rolls on a layer of microspheres, which keep friction between cable and conduit extremely low. Any change in the cable contact point provides a fresh layer of microspheres, keeping friction low.
